Architecture is a place to move comfortably. The mosque the four worshippers of muslims who should have an optimal level comfort. This study aims examine comfort performance prayer room Great Mosque Pati based on applicable theories and standards, then design results get that meets criteria for its users. research was conducted by dividing into 16 points. At each point, 3 measurements are carried out, namely thermal, lighting, noise both in morning, afternoon, evening. From measurement results, it known average temperature worship 27.4 °C, meaning hotter than standard (<27 °C). exposure 103.5 lux, lighting darker required (200 lux). 61.7 dB, situation inside noisier maximum allowed space (55 dB).
